A robust, warmly lined safety boot with a slip-resistant sole that keeps out the cold. Kiruna 835 is designed to withstand hard work in tough environments at low temperatures. This is the boot for those working long shifts outdoors on cold winter days and need a boot that resists both cold and moisture.

To withstand the cold, the boot features two layers of insulating lining; PrimaLoft® Bio™ and wool lining. PrimaLoft® Bio™ is a patented microfiber insulation that insulates body heat very effectively, even when wet. The soft wool lining makes the boot soft and comfortable while transporting moisture away from the body and keeping feet warm. The insole is developed with Swedish Woolpower and is equipped with a layer of wool lining for extra insulation against ground cold.

The upper of the boot is made of impregnated, water-repellent Super 8 leather that resists moisture and wetness for up to eight hours. At the heel collar is a soft and durable Cordura® fabric. On the outside of the boot are two reflective details for extra visibility in the dark. On the toe of the boot is a toe guard in Keprotec® with Kevlar® and PU coating for extra abrasion resistance during kneeling work.

The boot features both lacing, for a snug fit, and a zipper on the side for quick and easy on and off. Inside the zipper is a nylon gusset to keep out moisture and wetness. The boot is made to be extra spacious and wide, to fit more types of feet and have room for thicker socks.

The boot is based on an entirely new sole with a slip-resistant outsole from Soles by Michelin. The outsole is made of nitrile rubber that resists both heat and oil and is designed to withstand slipping even at low temperatures. The midsole is made of a cushioning PU material with a heel pad in recycled material for extra cushioning.
